Refund policy

I stand behind the quality of my handmade jewelry. If your piece arrives with a defect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will repair it at no cost or, if a repair is not possible, issue a store credit for the original purchase amount.

Custom orders, sale items, and normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
